Sponsors
Use the sponsor dashboard from your account avatar menu to track applications and confirmed sponsors.
Review sponsor application status
Sponsorship applications are not currently open from the public event page, but existing applicants and sponsor contacts can still use the sponsor dashboard.
- Watch your email and in-app inbox for organizer follow-up when you already submitted a sponsor application.
- Open your account avatar menu and choose Sponsor dashboard to review application status and confirmed sponsor records; if you are linked to both, they appear together.
Notes
- The signed-in account that submits the application owns the sponsor dashboard access.
- The confirmation email also includes direct links, but your account avatar menu is the normal place to return to the sponsor dashboard.
Use the sponsor dashboard
The sponsor dashboard lets applicants track applications and lets confirmed sponsor contacts maintain sponsor details without organizer help.
- Sign in with the account that submitted the sponsorship application or owns the confirmed sponsor record.
- Open your account avatar menu.
- Choose Sponsor dashboard.
- Review submitted applications and confirmed sponsor records, and amend any application that is still open.
- For active applications, update company description, slogan, logo variants, selected package interests, and any questions or notes.
- For confirmed sponsors, open the sponsor profile editor.
- Review the included sponsor-level perks shown on the dashboard.
- Update the sponsor website URL, slogan, and company description, upload logo variants, and save the sponsor profile.
Notes
- Only the account linked to the sponsorship application or sponsor record can edit it.
- If you are responsible for multiple current-event sponsors, the dashboard lists them in one place.
Share the sponsor attendee registration link
The sponsor dashboard shows the event-specific registration link for people registering under that sponsor.
- Open Sponsor dashboard from your account avatar menu.
- Find Sponsor attendee registration link.
- Copy the registration link shown there.
- Share it with attendees who should register under your sponsor allocation.
- Ask attendees to register with their own Bootcamp account and complete the registration flow.
Notes
- Sponsor levels can include a limited number of free sponsor attendees. Once the included allocation is used, the same sponsor link may still allow paid sponsor attendee registration when the event setup allows it.
- Do not use the ordinary registration page when someone must be linked to a sponsor allocation; use the sponsor attendee registration link instead.
