Agenda and sessions

Use Sessions to browse accepted sessions before the agenda is published.

Browse accepted sessions

Before the agenda is public, the Sessions page lets you read accepted session descriptions without exposing schedule times.

  1. Open Sessions from the navigation.
  2. Use filters or search to find topics you care about.
  3. Open a session card for the full description, speaker biography, track, topic tags, and experience level.
  4. Return later when the agenda is published to see the scheduled day, time, and room.

Read session details

Session saving is not currently open, so session pages are read-only for attendees.

  1. Open the session from Sessions or Agenda.
  2. Review the description, speaker information, topic tags, track, and experience level.
  3. Use the speaker link or session chat link when those links are shown for your event access.

Block personal time in Agenda

Personal blocks are private agenda items for travel, breaks, work calls, or other time you want to keep unavailable.

  1. Open Agenda.
  2. Use Block personal time.
  3. Enter a title, start time, end time, and optional location or note.
  4. Save the block and check that it appears in your agenda timeline.
  5. Remove the block from Agenda when that time becomes available again.

Notes

  • Personal blocks are included in your calendar export.
  • Meeting proposals treat personal blocks as busy time, so other attendees cannot pick those periods for meetings with you.
